Zumba is a high-energy, fun workout that combines Latin-inspired dance moves with aerobic fitness, making exercise feel like a party!
This inaugural event invites community members of all ages and fitness levels to come together for an afternoon of rhythm, movement, and purpose.

A nationally recognized program utilizing videos and workbook activities. Education includes best practices for preventing child sexual abuse and how to keep children safe. Participants will learn how to develop skills to prevent, recognize and react responsibly to child sexual abuse.
