Terms & Conditions: By accepting these terms and conditions, I agree and consent that Guardians For New Futures, Inc., a Florida non-for-profit corporation, and its affiliates, successors, licensees, agents, and assigns (collectively, “GFNF4Kids”), will have the right and license to use all or part of my survivor story submission included with this form. I represent and warrant that the survivor story submission is true and accurate, that it constitutes my original writing, and that it does not infringe anyone’s intellectual property rights. Guardians For New Futures, Inc. may, in its sole discretion, use, edit, display, transmit, reproduce, distribute, and publish my story on any of its websites, including gfnf4kids.org website and social media pages, and in any other marketing or other communication worldwide, without restrictions. I grant the organization permission to reach me via the contact information I provided about my survivor story. I recognize that my story may be shared with the general public and will not be kept confidential. The permissions given to Guardians For New Futures, Inc. hereby will remain in effect until I revoke it at any time by giving notice to GFNF4Kids at the following email address: info@gfnf4kids.org. If I revoke my permissions, the sole obligation of Guardians For New Futures, Inc. would be to exercise commercially reasonable efforts to remove the applicable content from online resources within reasonable time. I understand that my story may or may not be actually used or published, as determined by Guardians For New Futures, Inc. in its sole discretion, and I will not receive any financial or other compensation, now or in the future, for the submission or publication of my story. I understand that my submission may be altered or edited, including if it contains typos, grammatical mistakes, or the names of specific individuals or locations. I agree to release and hold Guardians For New Futures, Inc. and its affiliates and their directors, officers, employees, and contractors harmless from any claims, damages, or consequences that may arise as a result of my submission.
